Bao Nam works on AI features for GoodJob Social with a foundation in computer science and a growing understanding of AI. He's not a seasoned engineer yet — but he learns fast, builds with what he knows, and lets the gaps show so others can learn from them too.
Bao Nam
Early on the path. Learning out loud.
Nguyen Gia Bao Nam (Michael) is a young team member on the GoodJob Social project and one of its earliest users. A Grade 11 student from Hanoi finishing in June 2026, he's still figuring out his own path to university and eventually to AI Research — but he already knows enough to build, curious enough to explore, and open enough to share everything he learns along the way.
On the team
Young, still learning, already contributing.
Bao Nam is one of the earliest team members on GoodJob Social and one of its most genuine users — because he's living the exact journey the platform was built for.
Finishing Grade 11 in June 2026, targeting 2027 bachelor entry in AI. Bao Nam uses GoodJob Social the way it was meant to be used: to track the jobs he's curious about, map the universities he's targeting (Austria, Finland, France, Hong Kong, Germany), and figure out what comes next — not with certainty, but with honest curiosity.
Bao Nam offers tutoring in three subjects he has mastered: Chess strategy, IELTS preparation, and Science fundamentals. On GoodJob Social, he plays the role of the tutor — the human guide that helps other learners close the gap between where they are and where they want to go.
What he's good at
Knows some. Curious about most.
Bao Nam isn't the finished product. Here's what he brings to the table now — and what he's still building toward.
Strategy, tactics, positional thinking — a real strength he tutors others in.
Some AI skills, a growing understanding. Not an expert yet — but building fast.
Solid foundation, real coding ability, and the confidence to keep going deeper.
AI Research, education technology, how things work — Bao Nam is drawn to questions he doesn't have answers for yet. That curiosity is his strongest asset.
The best learners aren't the ones who know the most — they're the ones most comfortable not knowing. Bao Nam fits that mold.
He doesn't wait until he's "arrived" to teach. He shares what he's learning right now — mistakes, confusion, and small breakthroughs included.
Where he is
Still early. Still figuring it out.
Bao Nam's story isn't one of mastery — it's one of honest exploration. Here's where he stands right now.
